About The Role

We are seeking a highly talented Creative Communication Specialist, to join our highly specialized and dynamic marketing team. As the part of leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Creative communication across different brands to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. You will lead and mentor our Art, Copy , UI , Studio and Content function and ensure excellence in each of these functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Channel heads, Brand, Category, product) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and lead brand launches in multiple geographies and cultures. Your expertise in leading diverse Creative team, brand creative, UI, Copy, Video assets, photography , developing ATL and BTL campaigns, will be crucial in achieving our marketing objectives. The profile is part of our leadership team and will report to CMO of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

The role will have 3 parts ; Strategy, Operation and Excellence.

Strategy- Creative Strategy Development

  • Develop effective Creative communication to strengthen brand identity and business objective.
  • Create and update design guidelines, to ensure all brand are dynamic and in sync with Global trends.
  • Adapt Creative strategies and communication plans to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic audiences.
  • Ensure brand communications are culturally sensitive and resonate with the target markets.
  • Develop creative communication partners so that fresh creative idea can bring impact. Balance internal and external creative team ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with various functions including sales, product, and design, to align creative efforts with overall business objectives.

Operation- Multi-Business creative PODs: Internally, Creative team is structured as Creative PODs. Each creative POD has Art, Copy, Content and is responsible for different lines of business – Signs and Display, Covers & Outdoors, Lifestyle, Emerging business .

  • The Creative director will head all the creative PODs, responsible for delivering business objective in form of execution of Creative communication across different channels.
  • Lead the UI for website (Home page, Category page, PDP, landing page) and transform user experience.
  • Lead execution of marketing calendar, which is multichannel by nature- email, website, Social.
  • Create compelling creative communication plans and campaigns across various touchpoints -like CTV, print, onsite, offsite, social media, Programmatic, Packaging design, Inserts .
  • Collaborate with brand and social media teams to produce engaging content that aligns with the brand
  • Lead the creation of marketing assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively transform brand.
  • Lead Collaboration with various internal teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Operation – Photography Studio POD Operation - for ecommerce Site images, lifestyle look-book creation, campaign lifestyle images.

  • Lead the internal studio operation team setup – Photographer, editor, Project manager
  • Manage the overall Studio calendar and excellence with the objective of transforming studio function to a state of art operation
  • Transform the look and feel of the product images on all brand sites with best in class photography output.
  • Develop ecosystem to generate lifestyle images for creative communication.

Operation : Multi-Geography Creative localization: The group operates in 5 Countries – each having distinctive creative language. Strategy is to be transform the creative team to serve local sensitivity and tonality.

  • Work closely with CMO & Brand team to bring out creative language of different geographies, tailoring strategies to regional market needs, with a single Brand identity for business.
  • Co-create with Brand team , trade events across geography – concept & creative development

Excellence : Build best practices in Creative communication

  • Create excellence in creative communication plans to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic audiences.
  • Develop the team that is best in the industry by acquiring best talents and enabling them to deliver creative of international standards.
  • Ensure brand messages are culturally sensitive and resonate with the target markets.
  • Create team and Lead UI/ UX for touchpoints -Website, Social, Email across Desktop & mobile.
  • Establish creative performance tracking and other measurements for creative excellence
  • Create vision for creative excellence with CMO and leadership team

Requirements

  • Proven experience (16+ years) in Creative copy, UI, Design , brand communications.
  • Managed large creative team – Copy, art , UI , Photography .
  • Preferred have experience in E-com/ online /retail business creative operations .
  • In-depth understanding of digital, social , ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Cross-functional teamwork and team management experience.
  • Creative thinker and motivator who can bring fresh thinking in team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Ability to work with Leadership team and lead strategic projects
  • Graduate in Copy writing Or Visual arts , post graduate in Marketing
