Key Responsibilities
Social Media Planning:
- Develop and implement a robust social media plan that aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
- Research current trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Set clear goals to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.
Content Creation & Management
- Strategize and curate engaging, shareable content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling graphics, videos, and multimedia content.
- Maintain and manage a monthly social media content calendar to ensure consistency and timely publishing.
Audience Engagement
- Actively engage with followers to build and nurture a strong online community.
- Monitor and participate in conversations relevant to the brand and industry trends.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to enhance brand credibility.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive results.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven and aligned with audience interests and business goals.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and evaluate social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights through regular reporting to improve strategies and drive future growth.
- Continuously refine strategies based on real-time data and industry developments.
Industry Trends & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Bring forward fresh, creative ideas to enhance our social media presence and engagement.
Collaboration & Partnerships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, design, and external agencies.
- Ensure seamless coordination to execute social media strategies that drive brand success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in D2C social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and display advertising.
- Creative thinker with a passion for devising strategies that engage, inform, and motivate target audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and current trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in influencer management and building partnerships is a plus.
