We’re looking to hire a Social Media Specialist for a global beauty and skin care brand.
You’ll join the Global Marketing Team to monitor social trends and provide actionable recommendations supporting content and community management initiatives across global social strategies. This is a 12 month opportunity. The role is located in Addison, Texas, and is hybrid onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze global social media metrics.
- Conduct social media performance reports across markets and share actionable recommendations for improving effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal Creative Team to ensure social content aligns with platform-specific trends and brand objectives.
- Manage TikTok content and community interactions.
- Provide regular updates on industry news, global trends, and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in social media analytics, strategy, or account/community management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, including trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Hootsuite, TikTok Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Insights.
- Experience with conducting competitive analysis and researching social media trends across all major platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Groups).
- Passion for the beauty industry is a plus.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
