Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving measurable results. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

· Develop, execute, and refine the social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) aligned with overall business goals.

· Maintain a cohesive brand voice and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.

· Plan and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).


Content Creation & Curation

· Produce high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored for each platform.

· Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing assets.

· Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy to drive user engagement.

· Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain innovative and engaging content.


Community Engagement

· Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.

· Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to foster a positive brand image.

· Build relationships with influencers and industry leaders for potential collaborations.


Analytics & Reporting

· Track and report on key social media metrics to measure the performance and impact of campaigns. Metrics to monitor include:

o Engagement: Likes, comments, shares, mentions, and direct messages.

o Reach & Impressions: Organic and paid reach.

o Follower Growth: Monthly growth rate.

o Traffic: Referral traffic to the website or landing pages.

o Conversions: Leads, sign-ups, or purchases attributed to social campaigns.

o Video Metrics: Views, watch time, and completion rates.

o Click-Through Rate (CTR): From links in posts and ads.


· Generate actionable insights from analytics to optimize strategies and campaigns.

· Provide monthly reports to stakeholders showcasing ROI and KPIs.


Advertising & Paid Campaigns

· Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing.

· Collaborate with the advertising team to ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns.

· Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with the marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media campaigns with broader company goals.

· Support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns with tailored social media strategies.

· Coordinate with the SEO team to optimize content for searchability and discoverability.


Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience: 3–5 years in social media management, preferably in a similar industry or digital agency.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Tools Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and social media platforms' native analytics tools.


· Skills:

o Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.

o Proficiency in video editing and basic graphic design.

o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.

o Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and audience targeting.

· Soft Skills: Creative thinker, detail-oriented, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
