The BR Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, Kwai, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp) to promote betting products and events. This role requires managing a team of social media executives and designers, creating engaging content, monitoring industry trends, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with advertising laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience managing social media for brands in the sports or betting industry, fluent in English and Portuguese, extensive knowledge of sports (especially football), and strong analytical skills. The role involves building and nurturing online communities centered around sports and betting, synchronizing content with broader marketing campaigns.

About SportyBet Brazil:
SportyBet Brazil is seeking a passionate and skilled Social Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about sports, knowledgeable in betting, and experienced in managing and expanding social media communities, especially on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Kwai, TikTok, X, Telegram and Whatsapp.

Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the main responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, ensuring we have live and fresh content to boost our brand's visibility, engage our audience, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will focus heavily on building and nurturing our communities across our main social media platforms while synchronizing the content with performance and branding campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote betting products, campaigns, and events on platforms like Instagram, X, YouTube, Kwai, TikTok, Telegram and WhatsApp, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals and SportyBet’s brand guidelines.

Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and posting, ensuring alignment with promotional calendars and events.

Managing a team of social media executives and designers, creating dynamic and engaging content to strenght the relationship with our communities centered around sports and betting.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to optimize engagement and follower growth.

Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, conversions, CTR) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.

Ensure all content complies with gambling advertising laws, age restrictions, and platform-specific policies.

Manage a team of content creators and community managers to execute the social media vision.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of proven experience
- Fluent in both English/Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing social media for brands in the sports or betting industry.
- Extensive knowledge of sports, mainly football, including local and national leagues. Skilled in social media management tools, analytics, and content creation software, including video editing.
- Creative and innovative in developing social media campaigns that appeal to football fans. Exceptional organisational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from data to inform strategies.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Knowledge of the sports betting and online gaming industry is a significant plus.
