Job Description

The CRM Coordinator Perú will be responsible for coordinating communication and content to enhance user experience throughout the player lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing CRM strategies to maximize growth and customer retention, collaborating with marketing and content teams to identify promotional offers, monitoring campaign results (email/SMS), and creating weekly/monthly KPI reports. The ideal candidate will possess retention marketing knowledge, strong communication skills (English and Spanish fluency), experience working with creative teams, and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks effectively. Experience with EDM and other CRM marketing tools is desirable, as is knowledge of the gambling and sports industries.

The CRM Coordinator will contribute to maximizing growth and customer retention through implementing strategy and communications to a rapidly growing player base.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle.
  • Recommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of campaign, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate.
  • Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote.
  • Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base
  • Monitor and analyze results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.

Work experience and skills

  • Retention marketing knowledge.
  • Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments.
  • An eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
  • You have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized. You know how to prioritize, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
  • You can manage complexity and to progress with several tasks at a time.
  • Familiarity with EDM & other CRM marketing tools is desirable.
  • Gambling and sports knowledge would be highly regarded.
