Job Description

As a Customer Service Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems. Your daily interactions will primarily be with peers before escalating to supervisors. This role involves limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, with moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments. You will be an individual contributor on a team with a focused scope of work. The role may require rotational shifts. The primary function is to provide assistance and support to customers before, during, and after product or service usage, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
