Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Domino's Pizza, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a positive experience. You will take orders, ensure store cleanliness, and maintain a positive brand image. Responsibilities include using computer systems, providing excellent customer service, and learning inventory skills. The role involves time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will also operate equipment and contribute to a diverse team. The job offers flexible hours, product discounts, and opportunities for advancement through training programs and RPM Pizza College. You can also be involved in giving back to the community through partnerships and donations. This position requires strong communication and basic math skills, and the ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

  • As a Domino's Pizza CSR, you are the first contact with every Customer who calls our stores. Your professionalism and optimism is vital to creating a pleasant experience for Customers.
  • As a CSR you will receive training on our computer system and will gain confidence through working with Customers. Plus, we offer flexible hours!
