Meet the team 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

You will join the Data department organized into:

• A Data Platform team with 6 Data Engineers responsible for:
• Defining the tools and framework we use
• Implementing them to extract, transform and make data available and reliable on time

• A Data Science and ML Platform team with 6 Data Scientists / ML Engineer working on ML-driven data products: Autobidder for User Acquisition, N-Testing for experimentation, etc.

• An Advanced Analytics & Data Science team with 6 Data Analysts and Scientists exploiting our data for:
• Game Analytics
• User Acquisition and Marketing Analytics
• Market Inteligence Analytics
• Ops Analytics

Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

As a Data Scientist, you will join our Data Science and ML Platform team to develop new predictive ML models, optimize bidding strategies and use segmentation algorithms. Working closely with the User Acquisition & Product teams, you will have a direct business impact on our marketing tech strategy as well as our personalization and segmentation objective in game.

Working alongside our Associate Director in charge of Data Science, Machine Learning and AI, you will be in charge of:

• Building a comprehensive understanding of the business problems we aim to solve by working closely with stakeholders (User Acquisition team, Product Managers) to gather requirements and define the scope of data science projects
• Developing and branching ML Models
• Creating ML models for Marketing Tech (User Acquisition and Monetization team) and/or Game Tech (A/B Testing, Segmentation).
• Work closely with ML engineers to ensure scalable and robust models following ML Ops principles.
• Integrate your models into the product code base following coding best practices.
• Own performance of models
• Continuously monitor and optimize them to ensure they meet business needs and performance standards.
• Implement feedback loops to improve model accuracy and efficiency over time.
• Identify and solve complex ad hoc problems (e.g. predicting users Lifetime Value, optimizing marketing campaigns, users segmentation).

Having prior experience in designing, building, and deploying ML models based on tabular data, you want to join a diverse team composed of mobile gaming enthusiasts. If you recognize yourself in the following description, you're the one!

• Experience with Deep Learning (Tensorflow / Pytorch) and Gradient Boosting libraries (LightGBM / XGBoost)
• Experience with at least one of the top Cloud providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Strong knowledge of ML concepts, algorithms and methodologies. Ability to switch between gradient boosting models and neural networks depending on the use case.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with various stakeholders (tech, business, product, marketing)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong will to deeply understand the business topics of the mobile gaming industry, the company strategy, our products and their fit within the company’s daily operations.
• Fluency in English
