We are opening a state-of-the-art, highly automated, BREEAM-certified, Omni-Logistics Center in Robakowo, Poland, to serve all European Portfolio Brands markets. The new warehouse will have 62,000 sq m and will employ 500 to 700 ambitious, committed, and motivated employees who will efficiently and sustainably fulfill our commitments to our customers.

Job Description
As a DC Planner, you will be a key link in ensuring the smooth operation of our Distribution Center, supporting and reporting directly to the DC Controlling Manager. Your decisions will have a real impact on operational efficiency, resource availability, and the quality of customer service.
Staff planning and schedule management
- Planning and setting short-term work schedules based on the latest forecasts.
- Optimizing team working hours in Inbound, Outbound, and Returns areas in cooperation with their leaders.
- Close cooperation with Inbound, Outbound, and Returns operational departments.
- Coordinating staffing needs with temporary employment agencies – ongoing communication and monitoring of arrangements.
- Ensuring optimal stock allocation and warehouse occupancy control.
- Monitoring stock consistency and clarifying discrepancies.
- Reporting KPIs related to planning and resource availability.
- Coordinating cyclical inventories ("cycle counts") in cooperation with operational teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent Polish, spoken and written
- English language proficiency at min. B2 level
- Good knowledge of DC controlling, logistics, operations, and finance
- Experience in inventory planning and stock control
- Experience in human resource planning, availability, and efficiency (staff capacity)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to analyze data, effective communication, efficient coordination of activities
- Openness to diversity, change, and co-creating solutions
- Knowledge of Power Query and VBA will be an asset
- Readiness to work in shifts and on selected weekends
