1. Based on different game IP projects, accurately extract selling points of IP derivative products, and use relevant materials to develop peripheral derivatives, ensuring the design style aligns with the project tone and meets the needs of IP consumers;
2. Participate in the planning discussions of peripheral derivatives and internal communication with game project teams to ensure that the designed peripheral products meet the needs of IP consumers;
3. Understand market and product trends, and have in-depth thinking and understanding of product design.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Visual/Product/Graphic Design or related design majors, with relevant work experience in peripheral derivatives in the animation/game/cultural and creative fields, understanding of production processes and workflows, and experience in product implementation;
2. Interested in game peripheral design, understanding of the design and production processes of mainstream IP derivatives, familiar with the design application and production processes of paper printed materials, acrylic, and tinplate badges, capable of effectively executing superior's work arrangements, and controlling the accuracy and completeness from design finalization to post-production;
3. Proficient in using PS/AI/SAI and other drawing software to complete derivative design work; candidates with drawing ability or proficiency in P4 software operation are preferred;
4. Possess innovative spirit and teamwork spirit, with a certain level of resilience to pressure.
