About your role

We are looking for a Data Engineering expert to lead the development team within our Data Platform.

The Data Platform is a comprehensive end-to-end solution for all company data. It collects, processes, analyzes, and presents data generated by all organizational systems and infrastructures. Key objectives of the platform include ensuring maximum data integrity and completeness, simplifying and clarifying data access for end users, and providing transparency in metric calculations.

The team focuses on integrating external data sources - both in-game and third-party - as well as implementing the data layer for stream processing. The platform’s solutions enable fast product scaling, address new business needs, and effectively respond to increasing demands for data quality and volume.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and providing development leadership to the Data Platform engineering team
• Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of team tasks
• Driving the technical development of the team
• Hiring new team members when needed
• Owning the team’s data architecture in collaboration with the Solution Architect

We hope that you have

• Experience leading a development team
• Hands-on experience with PySpark (Databricks)
• Proficient programming skills in Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL and practical experience with ClickHouse
• Experience designing ETL processes (Luigi/Apache Airflow/etc.)
