Job Description

Goldin is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Operations to lead and synchronize operations across the company, blending traditional business operations leadership with strategic project management. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiencies and enabling revenue generation. The Director will collaborate closely with department leaders to identify key objectives, prioritize initiatives, and ensure robust data flow and clear communication. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive critical initiatives from concept to fruition, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring data integrity, strategizing financial improvements, and building a high-performing team.

The Director will collaborate closely with department leaders to identify key objectives, prioritize initiatives, and ensure robust data flow and clear communication. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive critical initiatives from concept to fruition.

What you will accomplish:

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring processes are streamlined and optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity in both operations and sales, organizing customer and transaction data for analytics, and producing insights for key decision-makers.
  • Strategize and execute innovative initiatives that contribute to improved financial performance by reducing costs and increasing revenue, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts stemming from key projects, serving as a central liaison among department heads to ensure project alignment and momentum.
  • Drive the planning and budgeting process for the business, ensuring financial strategies align with operational goals.
  • Establish and manage key business cadences, including weekly and monthly business reviews, to monitor progress and facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Regularly update the executive team on progress with key initiatives, opportunities for strategic improvement, and status of company-wide KPIs.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Proven leadership abilities in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing strategic initiatives.

Qualification Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in operations, specifically in business operations within a relevant sector.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and strategic planning processes.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$123,600 - $198,100

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
