Director of Operations

As a Director of Operations, you will help oversee the firm’s day-to-day operational activities. This is a senior leadership position offering an opportunity to drive efficiency and streamline processes while supporting the growth and continued success of the firm.

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize daily firm operations across departments.
• Manage firm-wide systems for budgeting, finance, technology, and compliance.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, client service, and performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to define and execute business goals and growth plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Director of Operations Qualifications:

• 5+ years in senior operations, ideally within a law firm or professional services.
• Proven leadership with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of legal industry operations and best practices (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred; strong tech proficiency.
