Job Description

Iron Mountain is actively seeking dedicated Non-CDL truck drivers to join their expanding team. This full-time position involves the safe operation and maintenance of company vehicles, efficient loading and transportation of goods, and timely delivery of customer orders, along with accurate paperwork preparation. Ideal candidates must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record, capable of passing all pre-employment screenings and DOT physicals. Strong customer service skills and the physical ability to handle storage items are essential for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

At least 21 years old with a good driving record
At least one year of route transportation experience preferred
Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical
Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain all security procedures
Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication
Grip, lift, and carry consumer storage over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders
Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
