This internship provides a comprehensive experience in electric vehicle sales and customer service at a Tesla store in Saitama, Japan. Interns will engage with customers, answer inquiries, schedule test drives, manage the sales process, and ensure a positive delivery experience. Responsibilities include providing product information, handling customer communication, managing customer relationships, preparing vehicles for delivery, conducting vehicle orientations, and handling paperwork. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and a team player, with excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainable energy. The internship requires a valid driver's license and at least 3 days of availability per week, including weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do
  • お客様が来店された際、適切なタイミングで歩み寄り、お客様と会話をはじめます
  • 将来のカスタマーもしくは現テスラオーナーに、コール/メール/テキスト、もしくはイベントを通じて、テスラのプロダクトを紹介、質問に回答します。
  • 健全な営業活動を維持するために、顧客の連絡先情報を獲得し、購入意向を表すまたは潜在的顧客と試乗をスケジュールし、案内します
  • テスラのエコシステムをお客様へ効果的に紹介、販売をし、デリバリーまでサポートします
  • 販売と納車の全体的なサイクルを通して、素晴らしい顧客体験を提供します
  • お客様の購入経験においてコミュニケーションの主な窓口となります
  • 初日から納車日まで、購入とデリバリーの流れに関するすべての詳細をお客様に説明します
  • お客様へのデリバリー予定に備え、車両の準備を確認、確報します
  • お客様のニーズに合わせた包括的な車両オリエンテーションを実施し、新たなオーナーを教育します
  • 納車日にお客様の下取りと書類手続きを行います
  • ビジネスのニーズを満足させるためにその他の責任事項を実施します
What You’ll Bring
  • 普通自動車免許取得必須
  • 現在在学中の大学生の方、既卒の方
  • 勤務期間:3か月ごとに契約更新
  • 勤務日数:週3回以上 (土・日・祝日勤務可能な方)
  • 給与:時給1,400円
