This role involves supporting NPI activities, executing qualification plans, and performing testing on proto-type/customer samples using various equipment. The technician will also handle customer returns, pilot lots testing, and prepare reports. Key responsibilities include debugging test failures, troubleshooting hardware/software/device issues, and performing failure analysis. The role requires collaboration with engineers to improve NPI Cycle Time. Candidates should have a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation, with 1-5 years of semiconductor experience.
Good To Have:- ATE Test knowledge will be an added advantage.
Must Have:- Support NPI activities by working with Engineering and manufacturing.
- Execute qualification plans, support new product qualification.
- Perform Proto-type/customer samples testing/probe using variety of tester/handler/Prober equipment.
- Perform customer returns, pilot lots testing. Prepare data and deliver report.
- Debug and assist to troubleshoot for cause of test failure, such as Hardware, Software, and Device.
- Perform failure analysis tasks in lab.
- Work with Engineers to track, drive and improve NPI Cycle Time to meet 100% OTD for NPI lots.
- Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Automation related major.
- Minimum 1-5yrs working experience in semiconductor or related field.
- Outlook email, Microsoft Word and Excel skill is required.
- Reading/comprehension skills, able to follow written instruction.
- Good communications skills and readiness to work cross-functionally.
