Job Description

This role seeks a creative and trend-savvy individual to join the Employer Brand Communication team for 2026 Campus Recruitment. Responsibilities include planning engaging content and activities, supporting new media operations across platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, and LinkedIn, and executing various campaigns. The role also involves analyzing industry trends, developing creative topics, and contributing to employer brand building through EVP research and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content, storytelling, and ACG culture, with strong execution and communication skills.
Good To Have:
  • Majors in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Chinese, or Marketing preferred
  • Ability to intern long-term in advance preferred
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Passion for content, creativity, storytelling, ACG culture, and internet trends
  • Experience in written expression, content creation, and new media operations
  • Active thinking, strong curiosity, learning ability, willingness to try new forms, and strong execution skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Portfolio submission required

Job Description

We are looking for creative individuals who are at the forefront of trends, to plan engaging and impactful content/activities with us! We also welcome those who love to observe and express, to create great content with us, helping more people understand the unique aspects of Papegames.

1. Participate in employer brand content and communication planning, including talent stories, hot topics, and campus communication directions.

2. Support the creative content production and daily operations of new media matrix (WeChat Official Account, Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, LinkedIn, etc.).

3. Participate in the planning, creative execution, and communication of various campaigns, including but not limited to content, promotional videos, and campus/industry events.

4. Collect industry/campus culture and social platform trends, analyze and plan creative topics and gameplay.

5. Participate in EVP research and other employer brand building work, with keen data analysis and insight capabilities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, Journalism/Communication/Advertising/Chinese/Marketing majors preferred.

2. Passion for content and creativity, enjoys storytelling, loves ACG culture, and is sensitive to internet hot topics.

3. Possess certain experience in written expression, content creation, and new media operations.

4. Active thinking, strong curiosity and learning ability, willing to try new forms, and strong execution ability to implement ideas.

5. Good teamwork and communication skills, ability to intern long-term in advance preferred.
