As an Event Manager at Mimacom, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events, both digital and in-person, to generate business opportunities. This includes managing events such as trade shows, webinars, and internal marketing activities. You'll collaborate with marketing teams to design integrated campaigns, track performance, and analyze ROI. Your responsibilities will also include vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and contributing to overall marketing strategy.

Your Challenge

As part of our growing Marketing team, you will take the lead in driving and supporting the execution of high-impact events and further marketing campaigns that help generate business opportunities. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • End-to-End Event Management: Plan and execute digital and in-person events, including trade shows, partner events, webinars, customer events, and internal marketing activities.
  • Business Impact & Lead Generation: Align event strategy with business goals and sales priorities to drive qualified pipeline, leads, and brand visibility.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand events.
  • Campaign Planning & Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with the performance and content marketing managers to design and support integrated campaigns, including landing pages, email campaigns, and social media. Contribute to lead and customer nurturing flows by aligning event outcomes with ongoing marketing initiatives — ensuring follow-up content, retargeting, and outreach are timely, relevant, and effective.
  • Strategic Contribution to Marketing Programs: Beyond event logistics, contribute to the overall marketing strategy by identifying opportunities where event insights and assets (e.g. recordings, attendee feedback, topics of interest) can enrich lead generation, customer engagement, and nurturing campaigns across the buyer journey.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Define KPIs for events, monitor performance, and support the analysis of ROI through post-event reporting and feedback collection.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone with energy, accountability, and a strong execution mindset. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring the following:

  • 5 years’ experience managing events in the B2B tech market, ideally the software industry
  • Experience in designing and implementing a global event strategy - handling events end to end, such as third-party conferences, self-hosted events, both online and onsite
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
  • Excellent oral and written English skills, any other European language is a plus

Please note that this position requires some willingness to travel if needed for the execution of an event, etc.
