Job Description

As an Event Planner at RIOT MUSIC, you will be responsible for planning and managing live events, including real-life and AR/VR performances, for virtual artists. This role involves creating innovative event formats, designing main content, and overseeing the entire event lifecycle, from planning and production to on-site operations and merchandise development. The events will range in scale, and you'll collaborate with the event team, contributing to the design, operations and promotion of the events. The role requires initiative, a business mindset, a desire to contribute to the growth of the company, and a passion for providing new experiences to the audience. You will be handling 10-20 events annually.

Good To Have:

Experience in planning and producing entertainment merchandise.
Skills in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

Must Have:

Experience in planning and managing live events (1000-person scale).
Deep knowledge and interest in the entertainment industry (music/games/anime).

リアルライブ、AR・VRライブをはじめ、次々と出てくるPFや技術の中から、最も素晴らしい体験をユーザーに届けられる形を模索し、多くのイベントの進行管理～企画をお任せするイベントプランナーを募集します。
年間で10〜20のイベントをご担当いただくイメージとなりますので創意工夫やスピード感が必要となります。

業務詳細

RIOT MUSICの各プロジェクトにて、ライブを主としたイベントの企画・運営を責任者として実行していただきます。アーティスト×バーチャルという新しいジャンルとして、リアルだけ、バーチャルだけではできないライブイベントの新しい形を作り出し、プロジェクトとしてのメインコンテンツの設計に関わっていただきます。

・バーチャルアーティストのイベントの企画、運営
・イベント制作
・イベントの当日運営
・グッズ企画、制作

必須スキル

・ライブイベントの企画、運営経験(1000人規模)
・エンタメ業界（音楽/ゲーム/アニメ）への深い知識、興味

歓迎スキル

・エンタメグッズの企画、制作経験
・Photoshop・Illustrator等のデザインツールのスキル

RIOT MUSICのイベント事業部では主にオンライン・オフラインライブイベントの企画・制作・運営などを行っています。
数千人〜数万人規模のライブイベントの開催を目指し、ユーザー目線に合ったイベントの企画や提案を積極的にしていただきますので専門分野はもちろんのこと専門分野以外でも幅広く経験を積むことが可能です。
