What You'll Do:

  • Manage Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for phone calls, and our main Support line, directing inquiries efficiently.
  • Master of Schedules: Proactively manage intricate calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews, ensuring optimal time management and coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Contracting Champion: Be the central hub for all administrative tasks within our Contracting department, including organizing documentation, tracking progress, and maintaining operational continuity.
  • Legal Support: Assist with the coordination of legal documentation, contracts, and compliance-related tasks, leveraging your organizational skills to maintain meticulous legal records.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, presentations, reports, and maintain robust filing systems and databases.
  • Research & Special Projects: Conduct necessary research, compile data, and provide support for various projects and initiatives as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or a similar high-level administrative support role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendaring software.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • A proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document management systems is a significant advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 30,000 - 45,000 PHP
