Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial trends and deliver actionable insights for clients
- Solve complex deal and accounting issues
- Assess target companies’ earnings history and future potential
- Evaluate working capital and cash flow needs
- Identify divisions or assets for potential sale and prepare related financial information
- Collaborate with colleagues and client contacts
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct
- Follow risk management and compliance procedures
- Provide feedback, coach junior staff, and contribute to team improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- 1–3 years of experience in Financial Consulting, Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Audit
- Fluent English (advanced reading and writing)
- Intermediate knowledge of technical accounting (U.S. GAAP, SEC Reporting, IFRS)
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic to intermediate managerial skills (interviewing, multitasking, coaching)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI); basic knowledge of Alteryx is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
What You’ll Do
- Work with global clients to provide data-driven insights and integrated financial solutions
- Obtain, review, and analyze target company information (financial statements, contracts, presentations, etc.)
- Review audit workpapers and public company financials
- Summarize analytics and observations in client deliverables and reports
Understand the importance of have a correct information management
