Job Description
SOFTSWISS is seeking an experienced Financial Specialist for its External Accounting team. The role is crucial for maintaining structured, compliant, and transparent financial operations across various jurisdictions. Responsibilities include managing bookkeeping using an internal system, supporting prime document workflows, collaborating with ERP development teams, liaising with external accountants and tax advisors, ensuring tax compliance, controlling workflows and payments, managing cash flow, and preparing ad-hoc reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, at least two years of experience as an accountant, the ability to interpret financial reports, and fluent English and Russian.

Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Financial Specialist (External Accounting).

Purpose of the role:
You’ll play a key role in keeping financial operations structured, compliant, and transparent across multiple jurisdictions.
You’ll bridge internal systems, external accountants, and product teams to ensure accurate bookkeeping, smooth document workflows, and reliable tax reporting.
Your expertise will help drive operational efficiency, improve cash flow visibility, and support critical business decisions through timely financial insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Accounting/bookkeeping in internally developed management system (1C based)
- Prime documents workflow support (agreements, invoices, bank statements, etc)
- Collaboration with ERP dev team: task setting, requirements description, coordination and control
- Constant collaboration with external outsourced accountants, auditors and tax advisors
- Tax compliance in different jurisdictions
- Workflow and payments control
- Cash flow management Ad-hoc report preparation by request
Required Experience:
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Work experience as an accountant for at least 2 years
- Ability to "read" financial reports
- Fluent English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate)
- Excel skills Fluency in 1c User ACCA DipIFR is an additional advantage
- Multitasking, highly organized, communicative person
