Role Overview:
As a Football Systems Operator, you will be working on-site at football stadiums in your region, playing a key part in the delivery of our services to Premier League and Championship matches. The role will encompass the setup and operation of our technology at matches, where you will be responsible for delivering one of our systems. We are looking for bright candidates who will be able to train and operate one or more of the following services:
- Audio Technology Operator
- Video Technology Operator
- Goal Line Technology Operator
We will equip you with the technical training, support and full exposure to get you proficient in delivering a selected service.
These are exciting opportunities to gain experience in elite sports operations, live broadcast technology, and high-profile football environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up Hawk-Eye technology at the stadium/remote centre (this can involve physically demanding work, such as rigging cameras and running cables)
- Conducting pre-match set-up, checks and calibration of the systems in accordance with standard procedures
- Liaising with stadium staff, match officials and host broadcasters on-site
- Monitoring the systems during the match
- Monitoring hardware and software performances, being able to troubleshoot and report encountered issues
- Taking full ownership of our system on-site and being an ambassador for Hawk-Eye

- Must be available to work weekends and some midweek evenings
- A driving licence
- Ability to perform under pressure in a live broadcast environment
- Football knowledge
- A high level of professionalism – you'll be working in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused attitude
- A solid technical foundation and quick to learn new systems
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
