Primarily responsible for the annual procurement planning and execution of categories such as internet advertising, KOL/KOC collaborations, ecosystem operations, live streaming partnerships, and user acquisition, assisting in formulating category management strategies, selecting high-quality annual framework suppliers, and regularly optimizing cost structures.
2. Expand and maintain media resources related to the gaming industry, discover high-quality KOL/KOC resources, and establish long-term, stable cooperative relationships.
3. Monitor data for signed media and agencies, and execute appropriate framework adjustments (upgrades/downgrades) to ensure maximum annual revenue.
4. Handle performance issues arising from annual framework execution with media and agencies, initiating new procurements based on the severity of the actual situation.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in media/media procurement; experience with gaming industry media resources or ecosystem collaborations is preferred.
2. Familiar with the entire procurement process, possessing annual framework negotiation capabilities, and familiar with bidding procedures and compliance requirements.
3. Familiar with internet advertising logic, KOL/KOC cooperation models, public opinion public relations service standards, and understanding of live streaming cooperation operations.
4. Possession of gaming industry media resources (e.g., game vertical media, streamer resources) or ecosystem cooperation experience is preferred.
5. Possess strategic thinking and data analysis skills, capable of formulating category strategies through market trend analysis.
6. Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration, possessing business negotiation skills, and able to efficiently connect with internal and external partners.
7. Proficient in business English, with additional foreign language skills being a plus.
