In this role, we are seeking a Generative AI Solution Architect to join our innovation team and lead the design and delivery of GenAI solutions across our business units. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and practical, scalable GenAI applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to define use cases, architect solutions using state-of-the-art GenAI technologies. This is a high-impact role suited for a technically strong leader who understands the business value of AI and can drive complex initiatives from ideation to solution.
Must have:
  • Collaborate with business units to identify high-impact GenAI use cases.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to product owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into GenAI-based solution architectures.
  • Design end-to-end solutions involving LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG, APIs, Agents, and orchestration layers.
  • Select appropriate models and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Bedrock, Azure AI foundry).
  • Define technical blueprints and guide engineering teams through build and deployment.
  • Ensure alignment with security, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Promote best practices for prompt design, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of GenAI architectural standards, reusable components, and reference implementations.
  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning, or AI solution development.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and GenAI toolkits (LangChain, Hugging Face).
  • Experience with at least one GenAI platform (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral).
  • Proficient in Python and relevant libraries for data science and deep learning (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex AI solutions.

Your role:

Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with business units to identify high-impact GenAI use cases.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to product owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into GenAI-based solution architectures.
  • Design end-to-end solutions involving LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG, APIs, Agents, and orchestration layers.
  • Select appropriate models (open-source or commercial) and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Bedrock, Azure AI foundry).

Implementation guidance

  • Define technical blueprints and guide engineering teams through build and deployment.

You are fit if:

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning, or AI solution development in a professional or enterprise environment
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and GenAI toolkits (LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
  • Experience with at least one GenAI platform (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.).
