Job Description

As Global Head of Websites and Owned Media, you will take full ownership of Saxo Bank’s commercial website, focusing on improving visitor-to-lead conversion rates and driving commercial outcomes through relevant content. You will manage the international version of the site and support 22 local language versions, leading a team of 15 experts including webmasters, copywriters, and SEO/GEO specialists. This high-visibility, high-impact leadership role requires strategic vision, exceptional stakeholder management, strong execution, and a data-driven approach to optimize the customer journey and achieve measurable results.

  • Ensure the team has product knowledge and understands the needs of clients.
  • 8+ years in digital acquisition with a leadership role in customer journey management.
  • Proven track record in optimizing large-scale web platforms with measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in CRO strategy.
  • Proficient in CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore.
  • Strong analytical abilities to drive actionable insights.

About the job As our new Global Head of Websites and Owned Media, you will take full ownership of Saxo Bank’s commercial website www.home.saxo. Your primary focus is to improve “visitor to lead” conversion rates and drive commercial outcomes through the publication of relevant content. You will assume business ownership of the international version of the site and work closely with local marketing managers in the offices, creating and supporting the 22 local language versions of the website targeted at their local markets. From our HQ in Hellerup, Denmark, you will lead a team of 15 experts, including webmasters, copywriters, and SEO/GEO specialists. In addition, you will take leadership for a Product Owner and set priorities for the IT team managing our Sitecore CMS platform, drawing on resources from central functions such as UX, UI, Adobe Tracking, and Client Insights specialists. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role that requires strategic vision, exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong execution capabilities, and a data-driven approach to optimize the customer journey and achieve measurable results. Having an interest in or experience with investment products such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, CFDs, Forex, and options will be highly valuable. You will be part of Saxo Bank’s global Marketing leadership team and be asked to take a lot of ownership and to share your plans, roadmap, and activities at the highest level in Saxo. You will report to the CMO of Saxo Bank.
