This role involves leading the management of overseas assignments (both sending Japanese employees abroad and receiving foreign employees in Japan), managing compensation and operational aspects related to international business trips, and vendor management including BPO. Job Description

In this department, you will lead the management of overseas assignments (sending employees from Japan to overseas and receiving employees from overseas to Japan), compensation management and operational aspects related to overseas business trips, and vendor management including BPO. In addition to routine tasks, you will collaborate with overseas HR members and global organizations to resolve various issues, consider policies, and improve operations related to international talent exchange. There will be meetings in English, allowing you to work in a global environment.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Operation of global HR systems related to overseas assignments and process development for the Japan region (tasks related to sending employees from Japan to overseas and receiving employees from overseas to Japan).
  • Compensation management and operational aspects related to overseas business trips.
  • Collaboration with vendors, including BPO.

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a business company (experience in salary, benefits, or overseas related) OR 5+ years of BPO experience in global mobility (e.g., planning overseas assignment systems).
  • Ability to conduct phone conferences in English and respond to emails in English (possessing practical English skills).
  • TOEIC: 850 points.
  • If you do not have a TOEIC score, you will be required to take a language proficiency test during the selection process. If you do not meet a certain score, your application will not proceed.

  • Monthly salary x 12 months + Bonus (estimated value).
  • Bonus amount is a reference value, and the actual payment timing, amount, and payment conditions will be determined separately.
  • Overtime allowance, etc., will be paid separately based on employee wage regulations.
