This internship within Ubisoft's Global Human Resources team supports the Global Learning team in designing and deploying skill development programs. JOB DESCRIPTION

Within Ubisoft’s Global Human Resources team, you will support the Global Learning team (12 people) in the design and deployment of skill development programs for Ubisoft employees.

During your internship, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking part in the management of training programs with internal clients, external providers, and facilitators: tracking key milestones, preparing monitoring materials, and updating schedules.
  • Coordinating the deployment of programs: managing participants, coordinating facilitators, booking rooms and catering, and monitoring activities in our LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Contributing to training reporting and maintaining dashboards to provide visibility on program and team performance indicators.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of initiatives by analyzing training evaluation surveys and participant feedback.
  • Helping promote training programs to different audiences: co-writing communication messages, following up on the communication plan, and regularly assessing the impact of engagement actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Interest in project management (a first experience, even academic, is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with autonomy and a strong sense of priorities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); an interest in digital learning tools is a plus (e.g., SharePoint, GenAI tools, PowerBI).
  • Interest in training, skills development, and talent management.

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?

From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!

Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.

What is Ubisoft’s remote work policy?

We embrace a hybrid work model helping you stay connected with your team and aligned with business priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance. Note that some roles are fully office-based and are not eligible for hybrid work.

Under our hybrid working model, you will work three days a week at our offices and will be able to work from home up to two days a week.
