Job Details

Clearwater’s Marketing & Communications team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in layout, typography, color, and production. This role is ideal for someone with 3–7 years of experience who is passionate about bringing brand stories to life across digital and print touchpoints—and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of marketing initiatives—from idea through execution—creating high-quality deliverables that align with our brand standards and engage our key audiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional Marketing team members (events, content, demand generation) as well as external partners to execute cohesive and impactful designs. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design a variety of digital and print assets, including brochures, one-pagers, event booth and collateral, web pages, social media graphics, digital ad campaigns, and PowerPoint presentations. 

  • Translate brand identity consistently across all touchpoints while finding creative ways to evolve and strengthen visual storytelling. 

  • Refine PowerPoint presentations in line with brand standards and design aesthetics. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing team members to bring ideas to life and contribute to campaigns with a digital-first mindset. 

  • Maintain a high level of craft, attention to detail, and execution quality across all design work. 

  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively contribute fresh ideas to the team. 

 
Required Qualifications: 

  • Digital portfolio required 

  • 3–7 years of professional design experience in-house, at an agency, or in a fast-paced environment. 

  •  A strong digital portfolio demonstrating excellent layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling across both digital and print media. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint. 

  • Solid understanding of color, grid systems, hierarchy, and file production. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving needs. 

  • Experience working with brand guidelines and creating assets from scratch or using templates. 

  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video formats is a plus, but not required.

Salary Range 

$80,000 - $115,000 

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
