The ideal candidate is someone with prior experience working as part of an international team with experience in creative development. The candidate will be the one to shape the visual aspects of digital, print, social media campaigns, exhibition booths and more. Plus, the candidate must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate marketing requirements into design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and assess creative briefs
Propose creative concepts in-line with brief and brand guidelines
Work with copywriters and other marketing team members to finalize design
Manage creative development process and final format delivery for digital illustrations, logos and other designs
Manage delivery of all format variations required
Ensure final creative assets are visually appealing and on-brand and of highest execution standards
become the touch point for the Olympic and Paralympic team for design and creative asks and respond to requests in a timely manner
Skills and Experience
Proven graphic design experience
Experience in developing digital assets on brand or agency side highly preferred
Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage to meet deadlines
Strong team spirit
Ability to manage several projects at once
Degree in Design
This position is based in Milan
