Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include handling HR Administration policies & procedures, UAE medical / life insurance, pension for UAE and GCC nationals, military service for UAE nationals, conducting local induction sessions, assisting new joiners with onboarding, supporting implementation of HR policies, coordinating with HR contacts for service delivery, suggesting process improvements, and demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You'll also be responsible for reviewing work for quality and accuracy, seeking opportunities for growth, and maintaining ethical conduct.

Act as a reference for enquiries about HR Administration policies & procedures for all employees
Handle UAE medical / life insurance for employees
Knowledge of Pension for UAE and GCC nationals (Registration and deregistration)
Knowledge of Military service for UAE nationals
UAE Local induction sessions for new joiners
Support business in general HC operations queries
Assist the new joiners on their onboarding process
Support implementation of HR policies for the offices
Coordinate with relevant HR contacts to ensure timely and effective HR service delivery.
Suggest improvements to processes.
Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas.
Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.
