Opendoor is transforming residential real estate by delivering a seamless, digital-first experience to buy and sell homes. Our builder partnerships are a core growth channel; since 2016, Opendoor has helped fuel over $6.5B in new home sales and partners with leading homebuilders such as Lennar, D.R. Horton, Meritage Homes, and Pulte.
The Head of Homebuilder Partnerships will lead the national strategy, growth, and operations of our homebuilder channel. You’ll own enterprise relationships with top national and regional builders, expand distribution through referral programs and product integrations, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers moving into new construction homes. You’ll also build and develop a high-performing team and ensure rigorous operating discipline across markets.
In-office roles require all role responsibilities to be performed in the office. You must be based within a 50-mile commuting distance of the Miami, Florida office location. Candidates must be within commuting distance or able to commute regularly to the Miami office. Opendoor is a default, in-person company and values in-office collaboration.
