The role involves constructing an efficient recruitment process to reduce deadlines and improve the quality of position closures, minimizing escalations from hiring managers, and increasing the overall satisfaction of hiring managers with the recruitment department's work. The responsibilities also include administrative tasks, establishing a comprehensive system for finding and preparing personnel, developing and implementing new recruitment technologies, and interacting directly with the internal client.
