The responsibilities include building a sustainable channel for attracting and training new employees, optimizing the recruitment process to reduce deadlines and improve the quality of position closures, minimizing escalations from hiring managers, and increasing the overall satisfaction of hiring managers with the recruitment department's work. Duties also include administrative tasks, building a comprehensive system for finding and training personnel, developing and implementing new recruitment technologies, managing a team of up to 10 people, monitoring current projects, directly interacting with internal customers, providing consulting support to top management, forecasting and proactively solving emerging problems, and analyzing the current state of the candidate market.
