This HR Intern role involves overseeing daily HR operations, including P-file maintenance, documentation, and optimizing processes. The intern will support company culture events, manage vendor sourcing and invoice payments, and assist in organizing employee training. Key responsibilities also include addressing HR-related queries on onboarding, offboarding, mobility, claims, and benefits, promoting wellness programs, and participating in various ad-hoc HR projects. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate with strong communication and organizational skills, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
