The ideal candidate is a final-year student or a recent graduate eager to build a stable career in Human Resources, develop professionally in a dynamic environment, and contribute to creating an excellent candidate experience.### Key Responsibilities:* Maintenance and administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.* Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR managers across the company to ensure a smooth recruitment process.* Sourcing candidates through the ATS and proactively engaging passive candidates through databases and social media.* Supporting and coordinating all phases of the recruitment process, including resume screening, phone interviews, and scheduling onsite interviews.### Other duties* You may be asked to perform additional tasks and duties as your role expands.### Your skills, experience, and qualifications required* Exceptional organizational skills.* Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.* Flexibility and responsiveness to shifting priorities.* Good knowledge of Excel.* A communicative, structured, and adaptable personality, with a positive attitude in interactions with colleagues and candidates.* Educational background in Economics – we are particularly interested in candidates who are final-year students or recent graduates, motivated to secure a stable position where they can continue to develop professionally in a dynamic environment.### What we offer:A 3 month long paid training period, working in a young team, Italian language lessons, continuous learning, professional growth opportunities.### Important notes:According to the Moldovan Law on Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities (no.60 from 30.03.2012) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.
