Cedacri International, part of ION Group, is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter Specialist in Chisinau. This hybrid contractor role supports the end-to-end hiring process, focusing on maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, building relationships with HR managers, sourcing candidates, and coordinating recruitment phases. The ideal candidate is a final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, eager to build a career in Human Resources within a dynamic environment and contribute to an excellent candidate experience.
Must Have:
  • Maintenance and administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR managers across the company to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Sourcing candidates through the ATS and proactively engaging passive candidates through databases and social media.
  • Supporting and coordinating all phases of the recruitment process, including resume screening, phone interviews, and scheduling onsite interviews.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to shifting priorities.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • A communicative, structured, and adaptable personality, with a positive attitude in interactions with colleagues and candidates.
  • Educational background in Economics (final-year student or recent graduate).
