Job Description

The HR Operations Specialist at Ubisoft supports employees and managers on all general human resources matters related to policies, processes, activities, and employee services. Key responsibilities include managing studio payroll, advising HR & Finance teams on labor administration, preparing labor contracts, managing employee files, providing administrative support, maintaining the internal HR system, and participating in studio activities and global projects.
Must have:
  • Manage studio payroll in collaboration with the external payroll agency and according to the Serbian legislation and company policies
  • Advise HR & Finance teams on labor administration topics
  • Prepare labor contracts, annexes and other documentation for newcomers, departures and current employees
  • Manage the database of employee files with all the necessary documents in accordance with all legal requirements
  • Provide diverse administrative support to the employees and keep track of holidays, sick leaves, work from home, consult on payroll questions
  • Maintain and update the internal HR System with all employees' data
  • Participate in different studio activities and global projects

JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Operations Specialist supports employees and managers on all general human resources matters related to policies, processes, activities, and employee services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage studio payroll in collaboration with the external payroll agency and according to the Serbian legislation and company policies
  • Advise HR & Finance teams on labor administration topics
  • Prepare labor contracts, annexes and other documentation for newcomers, departures and current employees
  • Manage the database of employee files with all the necessary documents in accordance with all legal requirements
  • Provide diverse administrative support to the employees and keep track of holidays, sick leaves, work from home, consult on payroll questions
  • Maintain and update the internal HR System with all employees' data
  • Participate in different studio activities and global projects

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have:

  • Fluent English and Serbian (spoken and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Serbian labor legislation
  • Excellent reporting, analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel

Selection process:

  • [60 minutes] - HR Interview
  • [60 minutes] - Interview with hiring manager
