Job Overview
Wargaming is looking for a qualified HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Belgrade. As part of the HR Operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing a variety of HR initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and processes.
What will you do?
- Initiate and drive HR initiatives, support the organisation of events and the development of strategic HR projects (e.g. Seniority program, Benefits)
- Conduct comprehensive pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires
- Support relocation and immigration processes
- Collaborate with local authorities and external partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Ensure seamless coordination of the hiring process by managing documentation, system updates, and clear communication between the involved parties
What are we looking for?
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus, but not required – relevant experience in a similar role is appreciated
- Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team and interacting with colleagues
- Proactive and reliable, with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Confident in handling sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced MS Office skills, with the ability to quickly master new tools and processes
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large international company
- Knowledge of Serbian labour legislation and experience with immigration procedures
- Knowledge of Russian language will be consider as advantage
Work mode
- Onsite, 5 days in the office (9am - 5pm work schedule).
