Job Description

Wargaming is seeking an HR Operations Specialist for its Belgrade team. This role is vital for managing and implementing various HR initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of effective HR strategies and processes. The specialist will handle pre-boarding and onboarding, support relocation, liaise with authorities, and serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth hiring coordination.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large international company
  • Knowledge of Serbian labour legislation and experience with immigration procedures
  • Knowledge of Russian language
Must Have:
  • Initiate and drive HR initiatives, support the organisation of events and the development of strategic HR projects
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires
  • Support relocation and immigration processes
  • Collaborate with local authorities and external partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Ensure seamless coordination of the hiring process by managing documentation, system updates, and clear communication

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a qualified HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Belgrade. As part of the HR Operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing a variety of HR initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and processes.

What will you do?

  • Initiate and drive HR initiatives, support the organisation of events and the development of strategic HR projects (e.g. Seniority program, Benefits)
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires
  • Support relocation and immigration processes
  • Collaborate with local authorities and external partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Ensure seamless coordination of the hiring process by managing documentation, system updates, and clear communication between the involved parties

What are we looking for?

  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus, but not required – relevant experience in a similar role is appreciated
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team and interacting with colleagues
  • Proactive and reliable, with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in handling sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with the ability to quickly master new tools and processes

What additional skills will help you stand out?

Work mode

  • Onsite, 5 days in the office (9am - 5pm work schedule).
