Overview
As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in cultivating the best employee experiences and highest engagement in a functional office environment. In this broad role, you will lead recruiting and hiring efforts, ensure a smooth end-to-end employee experience, and create an engaging and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about enhancing both employee experience and operational efficiency.
You will
  • Partner with HRBPs  to own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, while making recommendations to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Partner with the Benefits team to support open enrollment, address benefits queries, and liaise with vendors and providers. 
  • Partner with COEs to implement employee programs, such as New Hire Orientation, employee engagement activities, and employee compliance training and communications. 
  • Ensure proper maintenance of confidential employee information and record keeping. 
  • Coordinate meetings, activities, conferences, and team/group offsite events 
  • Organize the office and maintain office operations and procedures, including inventory of supplies and consumable items
  • Work with our vendors to solve high-level problems that require additional attention
  • Drive hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support from job launch to candidate close 
  • Partner with the broader TA team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
You have
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, office operations, and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • A collaborative, people-first mindset with a passion for operational excellence
  • Flexibility to work some evenings as needed to collaborate effectively with our teams across multiple country timezones
  • Strong conversational English required
