An exciting opportunity has arisen at Rolls-Royce for a HSE Business Partner to join our team at Barnoldswick
The HSE Business Partner will Lead the HS&E locally in support of the Business priorities based on a sound understanding of the local HS&E performance and risk profile.
They will coach managers in effective HS&E leadership and implementation.
They will be the principal HS&E point of contact for your assigned responsibilities and accountabilities and will deliver on agreed improvement plans and be proactive in seeking out emerging issues.
They will Identify and promote good practice and work collaboratively with Business HS&E and the wider HS&E function, to build a sense of team, and alignment to Business and functional strategies.
