Job Description

Fliff is seeking an HR Administrator to support core people processes and enhance the experience for Bulgarian employees and Global contractors. This role involves managing onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruiting tasks, tracking PTO, and serving as a primary contact for employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others, working closely with the Sr. HR Manager and EU teams to ensure smooth operations and a people-first culture.

Must Have:
  • Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews and updating ATS records.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including gathering documents and creating contracts.
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, offer letters, and other employee updates.
  • Coordinate documents, spreadsheets, and logistics for people-related projects, such as tracking PTO and attendance.
  • Respond to employee and contractor questions, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist with performance review cycles by preparing templates and organizing feedback.
  • Support policy creation, updates, and rollouts.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs and HR communications.
  • Partner with payroll, accounting, and external vendors for timely payments.
  • Contribute to broader HR/People Operations initiatives and process improvements.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or Recruiting.
  • Comfortable working with HR/ATS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global startup environment.

We’re looking for an HR Administrator to support our core people processes and help deliver a great experience for our Bulgarian employees and Global contractors. This role will report to our Sr. HR Manager and partner closely with teams across the EU region to ensure smooth operations, timely support, and a people-first culture. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and energized by helping others. You’ll support onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, coordinate recruiting tasks, track PTO, and be a trusted point of contact for employee questions.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews, updating ATS records (Lever), and keeping candidates and hiring managers aligned.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including gathering documents, creating contracts, and ensuring smooth setups for new hires and contractors.
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, offer letters, and other employee updates.
  • Help coordinate documents, spreadsheets, and logistics for people-related projects. (Track PTO, holidays, and attendance, keeping records up to date.)
  • Respond to employee and contractor questions, escalating when needed.
  • Assist with performance review cycles by preparing templates, organizing feedback forms, tracking completion, and helping managers stay on schedule.
  • Support in policy creation, updates, and rollouts (handbook updates, policies, and processes, etc.).
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company-wide HR communications.
  • Partner with payroll, accounting, and external vendors to help ensure timely payments and follow-ups
  • Contribute to broader HR/People Operations initiatives, including process improvements and employee experience projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or Recruiting.
  • Comfortable working with HR/ATS tools (Lever and Rippling/Gusto a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language plus).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
