The HR (Temp) role is responsible for supporting all employees located in Malaysia, acting as HR backup as needed. This individual contributor position manages general HR functions, reporting to the Senior HR Generalist in Malaysia. The Global Recruiter aspect involves working closely with hiring managers and executive staff to fill positions in Malaysia. Responsibilities include demonstrated experience in all employee life cycle phases such as recruiting, staffing, training, development, performance management, benefits, compensation, and succession planning. The role also involves preparing new hire paperwork, assisting with new hire orientations and HR processes for Malaysia-based hires, supporting business-driven HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals, supporting international employee benefits, and participating in the development and implementation of international policies and procedures. Additionally, the position supports the internal and external HR website and HR Newsletter.
