Staff Test Engineer
Job Summary
Job Description
This Staff Test Engineer role involves leading test program development and optimization for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductors. The engineer will collaborate with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop software and hardware solutions for new products. Key responsibilities include coordinating test engineering activities at OSATs, ensuring smooth deployment of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective probe and test solutions into manufacturing, and traveling to OSATs for support.
Must have:
- Leads test program development and optimization activities for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components.
- Works closely with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop test solutions for new products.
- Be the point-of-contact and coordinator of all test engineering activities at our OSATs.
- Works closely with OSAT teams to ensure smooth deployment of high quality, efficient and cost-effective probe and test solutions into manufacturing.
- Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Computer/Mechatronics engineering.
- Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
- Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
- Minimum 12 years working experience in a semiconductor test environment.
Good to have:
- ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience
- Enjoys the challenge of hands-on, data driven technical problem solving opportunities
- Possess strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communicator and willing to travel to our OSATs overseas as needed

Education and Professional Experience
- Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Computer/Mechatronics engineering.
- Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
- Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
- Minimum 12 years working experience in a semiconductor test environment.
- ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience an added advantage.
