Job Summary
Job Description
The Staff Test Engineer will lead test program development and optimization activities for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components. They will work closely with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop test solutions for new products. This role involves being the point-of-contact and coordinator for all test engineering activities at OSATs, ensuring smooth deployment of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective probe and test solutions into manufacturing. The engineer will travel to OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining, and efficiency improvement activities as needed.
Must have:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Computer/Mechatronics engineering
- Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods
- Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware
- Minimum 12 years working experience in a semiconductor test environment
Good to have:
- ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience

- Be the point-of-contact and coordinator of all test engineering activities at our OSATs. Works closely with OSAT teams to ensure smooth deployment of high quality, efficient and cost-effective probe and test solutions into manufacturing.
- Travel to our OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining and efficiency improvement activities as needed.
Education and Professional Experience
- Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Computer/Mechatronics engineering.
- Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
- Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
- Minimum 12 years working experience in a semiconductor test environment.
- ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience an added advantage.
