Job Summary

Job Description

This internship at Razer involves working with CRM systems, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and handling customer complaints effectively. Responsibilities include providing accurate product information, escalating complex issues, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to improved customer service processes. The role also requires collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree, possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to work in teams. Additionally, candidates should be able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to new technologies, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to work in I-City for a minimum of 16 weeks.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Work with CRM systems or ticketing platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a preference for
  • Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work in I-City
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 16 weeks (4 months). Preference
  • will be given to final-year students.
