Job Description

Join Razer as a Technical & Customer Service Intern to revolutionize gaming. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, handling complaints, providing accurate product information, assisting with record-keeping, and contributing to process improvement. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT or Computer Science, with strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
Must have:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and contribute positively to team dynamics
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work in I-City
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 16 weeks (4 months)
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and transactions
  • Assist in maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Good to have:
  • Preference for Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Preference will be given to final-year students
  • Experience with CRM systems or ticketing platforms

Job Details

Job Responsibilities :

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a preference for Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
