Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking an Imaging Production Specialist II-1 to manage and review client documents with accuracy, ensuring compliance and adherence to business value rules. Key responsibilities include data encoding, quality assurance, and prioritizing work for timely turnaround. The role requires understanding specific customer requirements and service level agreements, with a focus on achieving individual production metrics. Candidates should be proficient with PC and imaging technology, possess strong attention to detail, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a metrics-based environment.
Must have:
  • Manage client documents with accuracy and compliance.
  • Encode data into the system as per SLA.
  • Perform quality assurance on data and documents.
  • Prioritize work for timely completion.
  • Understand customer requirements and SLAs.
  • Achieve or exceed individual production metrics.
  • Learn new concepts and workflows.
  • Possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or GED.
  • Be familiar with PC, Google, or Windows applications.
  • Have knowledge of basic imaging technology and scanner operation.
  • Have background in managing loan, mortgage, and legal documents.
  • Have experience as a document manager, controller, or verifier.
  • Type at least 40-45 words per minute.
  • Be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Be able to work successfully in a metrics-based environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicate professionally with Imaging Center personnel.
  • Be flexible to work the night shift.
  • Be able to work on site in BGC, Taguig.

Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the client documents and review specialized documents with accuracy while following compliance guidelines and business value rules.
  • Encoding of data in the system as needed and part of the SLA
  • Checking and quality assurance of data and documents
  • Prioritize work to ensure timely turnaround of completed work.
  • Understanding of specific customer requirements and multiple service level agreements.
  • Achieve or exceed individual production metrics.
  • Strive to learn new concepts and workflows in day to day operations.
  • Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or GED
  • Familiarity with PC, Google or Windows applications and related software
  • Knowledge with basic imaging technology such as scanner operation and monitoring
  • Background in managing documents such as loan, mortgage and north america legal documents
  • Background in document managing, document controller, verifier or any related
  • WPM at least 40-45.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (local language)
  • Skill to work successfully in a metrics based environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in task completion as instructed
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Ability to professionally communicate with Imaging Center personnel
  • Flexible to work in the night shift.
  • Ability to work on site in BGC, Taguig.
