Job Description

This role is for a Senior Associate specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM within PwC's Advisory line of service. The responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft CRM applications. The individual will also be expected to contribute individually and manage Business Systems Analyst (BSA) tasks, utilizing Scrum methodology. They should possess good communication skills, be a team player, and have a positive attitude. The job requires working with Dynamics 365 & Power platform with Sales CRM domain experience for the last 4+ years. The role involves optimizing operational efficiency for clients and achieving their strategic objectives, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Must Have:
  • Worked as functional for Last 4+ years

Responsibilities-

CRM functional:

· Worked as functional for Last 4+ years

· Last 4+ years in Dynamics 365 & Power platform with Sales CRM domain experience

· Good communication, Team player and positive attitude

· Ability to individually contribute and manage BSA for the track on his own

· Scrum methodology

· Flexible to do testing as per the need

· Flexible to learn and adopt other technology

· Exposure to QA will be beneficial

Mandatory skill sets - Dynamics 365 CRM Functional

*Preferred skill sets- Node.js, Angular.js, React.jsJQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX

*Year of experience required- 4-6 Years

*Educational Qualification - BE/BTech
