About your team

We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way with the aim to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data driven optimisation, entertainment and creativity. None of our day to day activities could do without either of those, as we build the strong, fun, and trustworthy brand that is Eneba. Gamers are fast adopters, and we move even faster to create deep-rooted and long-lasting relationships with our users. We’re inspired by our community and we do our best to continuously deliver on the goal of building and bringing all local gaming communities under one global roof.

Responsibilities

• Shape how we communicate inside the company - own the internal comms strategy, from key messages to content planning and keeping our communication consistent (but never boring).
• Create fun, clear, and thoughtful content - newsletters, announcements, onboarding guides, event invites, presentations, and more. We’re looking for someone who can do the writing and the making - from layout to final delivery.
• Run internal events that people actually enjoy - from casual team meetups to big company-wide celebrations (150+ people). Always aiming to level things up and bring fresh energy.
• Use the right channels for the right messages - Slack, email, and whatever else helps people stay in the loop and feel included.
• Be plugged into the vibe - pay attention to how the office feels (virtual and physical) and suggest ways to improve daily life, especially around onboarding and helping people feel at home.
• Connect people beyond their immediate team - help remote teams feel part of a bigger whole. Build communication and experiences that make it easy and natural to get to know colleagues across the company.
• Spot issues before they grow - keep an ear to the ground, help prevent or respond to internal tensions or communication gaps, and support other teams when needed.
• Keep engagement strong - find creative ways to keep people informed, inspired, and connected to the culture. Think memes and meaning.
• Measure what’s working - track how your efforts are landing, gather feedback, and improve based on real input.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications within global organizations of 100+ employees.
• Proven experience planning and executing large-scale, custom events for 150+ attendees aligned with company values.
• Strong creative thinking with ability to conceptualize ideas and a clear vision for visual expression.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and work flexibly during peak periods.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and levels.
• Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing internal communication strategies.
• Ability to simplify complex information and adapt messaging for different channels and audiences.
• Proficiency with various communication platforms, including Slack, email marketing, and other channels.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools to create communication materials.
• Willingness to work onsite at least 3 days per week, with extra presence during key events.

*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.

*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
