Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure office and territory maintenance, track office supplies, and place orders when necessary.
- Provide administrative support in managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc).
- Take care of work equipment for new and current employees as well as equipment replacements.
- Assist in planning and arranging events.
- Collaborate with other departments regarding any necessary assistance and documentation management.
- Organize and update the company’s discounts programs.
- Arrange and coordinate gifts for business partners and other employees.
- Book and manage employees' business trips (flights, accommodation, business cards etc).
- Update and ensure compliance with office and work health and safety regulations - keep policies and documentation up to date, and organize regular checkups.
Requirements
- Experience in office administration or a related field.
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment and programs, including printers, computers, etc.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Driver's license.
