As part of the Mobile Connectivity and Service (MCS) Business Line, you will contribute to shaping the next generation of trusted IoT infrastructure—where security, interoperability, and innovation converge.
As IoT System Architect with the MCS Technical Directorate, you will lead the end-to-end technical architecture of the IoT ecosystem within MCS Business Line. You will act as the Product Design Authority for all IoT-related initiatives, driving architectural coherence across embedded systems, server platforms, and security frameworks, including the implementation of GSMA standards (such as SGP.32), and the convergence of IoT with security technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall IoT system architecture, spanning embedded OS, device firmware, server-side platforms, and cloud integration.
- Act as Product Design Authority for IoT solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead architectural decisions related to eSIM technology and Standards implementation (such as SGP.32, SGP.42…), ensuring interoperability and scalability.
- Drive security convergence across IoT platforms, collaborating with internal security teams to embed secure-by-design principles.
- Provide technical leadership to the embedded OS and server architecture teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and standards into the IoT roadmap.
- Drive reusable software building block implementation.
- Collaborate with customer, product management, engineering, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of IoT solutions.
- Support end to end testing activities.
