Must have:
  • Lead major strategic projects and coordinate related projects within the Global IP Business/Strategy Division as an IP BD Senior BD Manager (e.g., Media Expansion, Music Partnership, IP Collaboration).
  • Establish and support strategies for discovering and executing new business opportunities for global IP expansion, analyze business feasibility of key partnership projects, and propose execution plans.
  • Clarify common goals and execute projects through close communication and coordination with key internal stakeholders such as studios, publishing, and legal.
  • Identify the needs of each partner through external partner and C-Level Relations Management, and propose organic deal structures and partnership structures based on this.
  • Provide insights and support strategy formulation that can impact the company by understanding various industry trends and developments in games, entertainment, brands, and tech.
Good to have:
  • Experience in IP expansion and franchising (games, entertainment, etc.).
  • Ability to think about and suggest optimal experiences from a player/consumer perspective based on diverse views on game and entertainment content.
  • Extensive work experience with game, tech, and entertainment industry stakeholders.
  • Passionate consumer of games, tech, and entertainment (movies, TV, music, etc.).

Introducing Our Team (Project)

KRAFTON's IP Management department devises and executes strategies to expand and protect KRAFTON's IP across various industries and platforms through close discussions and collaborations with key stakeholders within the company.

Introducing the Mission You'll Undertake with Our Team

  • Lead major strategic projects and coordinate related projects within the Global IP Business/Strategy Division as an IP BD Senior BD Manager (e.g., Media Expansion, Music Partnership, IP Collaboration).
  • Establish and support strategies for discovering and executing new business opportunities for global IP expansion, analyze business feasibility of key partnership projects, and propose execution plans.

  • Experience as a Biz Dev expert in the content, media, brand, and entertainment fields, having collaborated with various related departments on projects.
  • As a project leader, the ability to propose solutions for internal and external company issues and lead a team to overcome difficult problems.
  • Experience from research, strategy formulation, execution, launch, to management for business strategy development.
  • Ability to effectively lead discussions with complex stakeholders, convey the company's high-level direction/understanding, and identify directions that incentivize key partners to execute partnerships.
  • Ability to passionately align departmental and personal growth based on a high understanding of overall company strategy and direction.
  • Ability to proactively secure data and actively propose directions even when perfect metrics are not provided.
  • Excellent communication skills to build effective communication and solid working relationships.
  • Logical thinking and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English/Korean.
  • No disqualification for overseas business trips.
